Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim’s lawyers today disclosed that the most important element needed to stick a sodomy charge on the politician was missing from a report prepared by Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL).
They said that the medical report released by the hospital has revealed that there was no evidence of penetration on Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan – the complainant on whom the criminal case was based.
A copy of the medical report was attached to an affidavit filed by Anwar yesterday to strike out the sodomy charges.
… The medical report was dated July 13, 2008 and was endorsed by three specialists from the government hospital.
Part of the report, which was provided to members of media today by Anwar’s lawyers, stated: “No conclusive clinical findings suggestive of penetration to the anus and no significant defensive wound on the body of the patient (Mohd Saiful)”. [Malaysiakini]
Two possibilities:
1. Saiful was not sodomised by Anwar or anybody else.
2. Saiful’s arsehole is too loose or Anwar’s dick too small, or both, for the doctors to have recorded “conclusive clinical findings suggestive of penetration”.
The simpler explanation is usually the likeliest.
ON ANOTHER note, the HKL specialists could do with some improvement in their English.
If I’m not mistaken, it should be “penetration OF the anus” and not “penetration TO the anus”.
ALSO, maybe we should get the doctors to swear on the Quran for good measure.
I mean, that’s how we do it in Malaysia, kan?

Actually there are 3 possibilities. The third being a blow job. So, the Doctors need to check if there are teeth marks on DSAI’s implement.

Or alternatively the penetrator could have spared no expense and poured lots of lubrication to smoothen the process.
I bet this is one of the reasoning which can be used by the prosecution team.

The lawyers in the AGs office must be super talented if they continue with the prosecution without medical evidence. Perhaps they have got the CSI team from Las Vegas on their payroll ?

If they could find a judge to convict Anwar the first time around based on non-existent evidence such as the mattress and the location of the apartment (not yet built), they can say that Anwar’s DNA was found near Saiful’s asshole, and therefore there must be penetration notwithstanding what the doctors said.
And I am willing to bet that they can find a judge this time around too to accept their argument and convict Anwar.
This country is corrupt beyond repair, folks.

And if they withdraw the case against Anwar, it means that Saiful made a false police report, and he should be charged accordingly. Did Najib offer Saiful immunity ?

Irrelevant Judge: Anwar, you are found guilty. For Sodomy.
Counsel: But there’s no penetration based on medical report?
Irrelevant Judge: Yes, there can be sodomy without penetration. Yes, its VIRTUAL RAPE by Anwar. Saiful has testified that ANWAR always eye-balled his arse whenever he bends down.So much so he feels his arse has been violated and therefore sodomised.
Counsel: But there’s no penetration
Irrelevant Judge: Thats why Saiful said its rape while the charge is consensual sex. The anamoly is explained by the VIRTUAL sodomisation which only saiful can feel but the prosecutor office will never understand. Therefore, Sodomy affirmed. Moreover, Saiful had sweared before the Quran. Anwar did not. I hereby sentenced Anwar to 20 years imprisonment. Everything else including the medical reports are irrelevant.
IRRELEVANT JUDGE struts to his chambers having done the bidding for the ruling government. and happy that his overseas account will see sudden inflow of dollars.
