Untouchables Of The Klang Valley

If you’re someone who Pak Lah says is a good wakil rakyat, you can expect to receive this sort of treatment:
All 37 charges against controversial Port Klang assemblyman Datuk Zakaria Md Deros and five of his business partners instituted by the Companies Commission (CC) have been withdrawn.
… Mozni Sham Ahmad and Joseph R. Samuel who appeared for Zakaria, his partners and the two companies said the charges were withdrawn because the “outstanding problems had been settled”.
Companies Commission’s prosecutor Azmil Haron told magistrate Fadzilatul Isma Ahmad Refngah that he had been instructed to withdraw the charges against the two companies and its directors. [The Star]
Semua boleh settle, innit? What can I say except, Hidup Pak Lah!
SPEAKING OF Port Klang, you caught the New Straits Times’ front page today — Govt throws lifeline to Port Klang Free Zone?
All I want to highlight here is this — remember the mug shots I put up in that other post?
Some of you asked who they were. Ok. Turn to Page 4 of the New Straits Times today. See the graphic, “Cost of Port Klang Free Zone”, and read the Note, which says:
Port Klang Authority bought land from Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd at RM25 per sq ft. Kuala Dimensi bought the land at RM3 per sq ft.
Who sold the land to Kuala Dimensi?
It was Syarikat Koperasi Nelayan Melayu Pulau Indah Sdn Bhd. The cooperative’s chairman at the time was Onn Ismail.
He is currently the Umno permanent chairman, Selangor State Assembly speaker, as well as Kapar Umno permanent chairman. Abang Zek up there is one of his machais.
The chairman of Kuala Dimensi is Azim Zabidi, who is currently Umno treasurer, as well as chairman of Bank Simpanan Nasional and Bukit Bintang Umno chief.
He is also the chairman of various other corporate concerns. Such a talented man, he is.
The deputy CEO of public listed Wijaya Baru Global Bhd, which owns Kuala Dimensi, is Faizal Abdullah.
He is Kapar Umno youth chief and Selangor Umno deputy youth chief, as well as son-in-law of Onn Ismail.
Faizal resigned from the Majlis Perbandaran Klang after he was found to have constructed his house without the proper approvals, just like Abang Zek.
This is what he said then:
“I will take the punishment but will still like to serve the party and the people in the future.”
“Let this be an important lesson for me to be more responsible when carrying out the mandate given by the party and the people,” he added.
… “It shows the importance of the need to respect the law especially now that the people have become more aware.” [The Star]
The land agreement between Port Klang Authority and Kuala Dimensi was drafted by Rashid Asari & Co.
The firm is headed by Abdul Rashid Asari, who is Kapar Umno vice-chief, and member of Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam.
So there you go.
As I have said before, Malaysians are very generous.
People rob our country and what do we do? We give them more money.
And worst, after that, we let them go, just like that.
Because if I were a betting man, I would bet my mother, my father, my wife and my children that these people will still be in positions of power, authority and influence after the next general election.
Nothing changes if we Malaysians do not change things. MERDEKA!
All 37 charges against controversial Port Klang assemblyman Datuk Zakaria Md Deros and five of his business partners instituted by the Companies Commission (CC) have been withdrawn.

A veritable cartel of thieves, robbers and pirates…which is saying the same thing. And all are Umno pukes.
Corruption has been around for a looooong time. The difference is that these days, in Malaysia, they flaunt it in your face! Bastards!
Merdekaaaaaaaa!
Duh…i feel like puking now.

The magnanimity shown to these perps needs to be understood in perspective. The paper shifting and ‘value addition/inflation’ to these assets is a clandestine fund raising activity for the party.
The players are privileged individuals selected to be co-consipators in a grand plan to build up the party’s war chest. They act as trustees and for the “inconvenience” of this role, they get to enjoy part of spoils.
Only when a trustee gets too comfortable and starts to confuse what belongs to the party and what is his own (allowed limits) and betrays the party’s trust in him, he will be dropped like a hot potato (remember that Treasurer Tun). Until that point, trustees enjoy immunity. The only condition required of them is party loyalty.
Even a well meaning President with good intentions to start his reign with a clean act, has to overcome his own ignorance and quickly learn this game!
“The rot begins at the head” – A famous quote by the rotten ex-head of the other party implicated in this scandal.

Aisehman
Thank you for the names to the faces.
Yes. Malaysians are generous. NO, to be correct, the Malaysian politicians, the UMNO-Led Govt to be specific: When people steal and rob us, our elected politicians keep giving them more money.
And it is our own people who steal and rob from us, putting some into the politician pockets. We know that and then we continue to give more money to them.

Aisehman,
stranger things have happened and therefore dont get your kids and other family members in the bets.
I am also a betting man. In this case, i will bet my last dollar that nothing will come out from the PKA scandal. But no kids, and family members despite the negligible odds that those corrupted buffons will be hauled up.

I think I’d better not watch TV tonight. I am very tempted to kick the screen if I see Phuck Lah’s face on it. Penyamun di siang hari like these get away with it, and all the old man could do is sport his stupid innocent lethargic face. Shilake punya manusia.

Notice that only here has it been written and depicted clearly.
And that’s one of the problems standing in the way of a major cleanup through the polls. The rakyat don’t know because all the dots are so scattered few would take the trouble to find out and connect them enough to see the real picture of the rape and pillage that would have made even Caligula wince.
Enough is enough. Vote those bastards out of their self-anointed godforsaken posts.

Datuk Zak’s climb to fame n fortune will go down in the annals of Malay folklore. Here is a gatekeeper, uneducated and yet by knowing the right connections and pushing the right buttons, he’s made it big. Wah lo wei!! Dreams are made of this. How can such a man be brought down? He is a shining example to all the other kampong dudes, that to succeed in M’sia you need to know the right apples to polish n suck!

sorry with this kind of post, i have to repeat my mantra “apa ertinya 50 tahun merdeka?” (which came from a disgruntled frustrated plantation worker i had talked to, and which i now append to each of my post at the end, like your ‘merdeka’).
sad. so sad. the ‘big time’ UMNOputera seems to be untouchable by the law.
like galadriel i feel like puking too.

This is the sort of write-up that spells things clearly to the Malaysian voters who surf the net for truth. Well done Aisehman! Your time spent on this blog is a more meaningful and patriotic gesture for Malaysia than many of those gormless flag-waving and slogan-chanting UMNOputras.

I hope some Opposition Party will make sure the voting public gets all these info.
We not only need to vote these thieves and robbers out but to also make sure they are all dragged to court and make to pay for their crimes, starting with the sleepy one. But then again, with the state the Judiciary is in at the moment, what good will that do….sigh….

Aisehman,
Wouldn’t it be nice if somebody could print this article plus perhaps, with a bahasa malaysia version included, and get it ‘distributed’ out in the kampongs.(wink-wink, nudge-nudge)
The MSMs are not reporting the entire story and facts.
I agree with Manhon’s view on the PKFZ cartel. The UMNO warchest is being replenished coz at the next GE, their only capital to remain in power will be to ’sogok’ the voters. But I do wonder how much MCA is getting out of this, if any.
As for ZMD, the outcome is fait accompli as soon as AAB declared him being a ‘good’ wakil rakyat.
Goes to show how ‘bad’ a PM AAB is.

The rot, the bile, the puke, the shit, the profanities, the obscenity, the immorality, the whole works have been cast in stone, sculpted into a new “God” & worshipped.
This blind worship by the masses must end. And it can only end with the removal of the puppet master and through our votes.
17 rocky 25 August 2007 @ 10:53 am
why aren’t the malays running amok when these guys are robbing the country? isn’t it against Islam to do things like this?
anyway it is clear who is robbing the country. Not malay, chinese, indians, sarawakians, sabahans…it is people who are above the laws of this country.
hidup Pak Lah…Malaysia hidup kah????
Daulat Tuanku!!! Hopefully HRH Sultan Selangor will take some action as for UMNO semuanya OK!!!

It makes me sick to the stomach. Pak Lah, you better step down and hide yourself in exile for all the broken promises.
19 c53k 25 August 2007 @ 11:51 am
Manhon,
You’re right on the bull’s eye!
But then who cares? AND how to change the ball games?
Talk about vote manipulation via post vote for military & gerrymandering!
The urban Joe M’sians are frustrated but they can do little! The non-BN supporters are been squeezed into sardine constituents that their thousand votes only worth perhaps the ten votes of the die-hard BN supporters in the heartland!
The post vote is a joke – such that even when the military household stays in the city, next to the polling stations, they can only cast their votes via post! This military suffrage is a well known game to up-stake the vote count.
The Malay’s votes hardly go to DAP while the Chinese’s votes wont touch PAS. Meanwhile PKR is just trying to reinvent itself to become relevant from a single Anwar issue!
The rural folks can only think in short term economic gains as hard lives are always an issue. Couple that to lack of proper information spreads you have a rock support of BN based on ‘just-in-time’ economic injections to the respective constituents.
To tempt the voters – Money talks. The war chest has to be enormous & the fund has to come from somewhere.
So what better way then to siphon the required fund from the government treasury via spurious means of disguises.
NKFZ is not the first, though the quantum tops the list.
Just recall BMF, Perwaja, Sime bank, Bank Islam etc etc…..
With all these plus the exploited governmental machineries BN will forever in power, while dragging M’sia to all the way to the stage of zimbabwe.
20 Godfather 25 August 2007 @ 6:18 pm
They control the mainstream press, they control the Police, they control the ACA, they control the Judiciary, and now they control the funds that would make a difference in marginal seats during the elections.
How could we ever hope to change the situation ? How could we ever hope to fight the angpows, the green packets, the sewing machines that they can give to buy votes ?
Yes, I will continue to vote the opposition, but I do agree that the BN will still retain their majority and continue on their merry thieving ways. They will steal until there is nothing left to steal. And there is nothing that we can do about it except to pick up the pieces later.
21 lung 25 August 2007 @ 7:42 pm
You!! Yes You!! You, who is reading this post right now.
You are part of the problem. Your ranting is no solution.
Your voting for the opposition is not the solution. (it ain’t enough)
Your voting for BN is Definitely Not the solution.
You need to influence, inform, educate, debate & spread the right message now to all. Engage now.
Or forever live in regret, when all is lost ….

I really hope more Malays have access to websites likes this that reveals what’s going on in UMNO. A lot of them in the kampungs still thinks of them as heros. UMNO still continue to get votes from these people. What a sad state of affairs for Malaysia. These people are raping the country.

There are still about 5 millions potential voters that have not registered to vote. And I wish that they will registered and vote for the government.
http://www.bakrimusa.com/archives/encourage-five-million-malaysians-to-register-to-vote
For me, as long as it’s opposition, i will vote for them. This is to show BN that we rakyat had enough of their bullshits and corruptions..
Can’t believe that for ‘Namewee’, the ministers can spend so much time on this little petty things but on PKFZ, apa suara pun saya tak dengar.. somemore, the pengecut Transport Minister didn’t even have balls to address the press conference. Sama sama dengan 2 Muhammad tu.. sebab tu lah, namanya 2 Muhammad, sebab tak ada 2 telor lah..
26 Zawi 27 August 2007 @ 6:10 pm
The charges were clearcut. What they did was against the law. The prosecution will not fail to get a conviction. So the only way is to withdraw the charges.
That is the way Pak Lah wants it just to maintain Zakaria’s loyalty for the coming UMNO general assembly. As long as you have some use to him, you will get away with bloody murder.
That must be the way of Islam Hadhari. Not the Islam that I profess which is just Islam.
